This Refund Policy outlines how Ixvoria handles payment-related concerns, service disputes, and cancellations. Our goal is to address legitimate concerns fairly and transparently, in compliance with applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
If you believe a service was not carried out in accordance with the agreed scope, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of the service date. We will review the concern and, where we determine that the work was not completed appropriately, we will arrange a return visit at no additional charge to address the specific issue identified.
Refunds are considered in the following circumstances:
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We do not offer refunds based on subjective preferences regarding cleaning method or style, where the work was completed in accordance with the agreed scope. We encourage clients to communicate specific preferences during the planning stage so they can be incorporated into the service plan.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will not incur a charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellation fees reflect the cost of scheduling and staff deployment that cannot be recovered at short notice.
