How Ixvoria started

Ixvoria began as a small residential cleaning operation in Regina in 2018. The founding idea was straightforward: many cleaning services in the area were either inconsistently staffed, unclear in their pricing, or difficult to communicate with. We wanted to do things differently — starting with transparency.

Over the following years, the service expanded to include commercial and office accounts alongside the original residential work. Each service category was developed based on the actual needs we encountered from clients — not based on a franchise model or imported service list.

Today, Ixvoria operates as a structured local business serving homes, offices, and commercial properties across Regina. We remain small enough to be attentive to each account while maintaining the processes and documentation that larger clients expect.

All new staff complete a structured orientation that covers these protocols before attending their first client property. Senior team members conduct periodic check-ins to ensure standards are maintained over time.

  • Product labelling: All cleaning products are stored, transported, and used according to manufacturer instructions and relevant safety data.
  • Surface compatibility: Staff are trained to identify appropriate products for different surface types to avoid damage to flooring, fixtures, or finishes.
  • Incident reporting: Any accidental damage or concern is reported to the client and operations manager promptly, with documentation.
  • Insurance: Ixvoria carries general liability coverage. Documentation is available to clients and property managers on request.

2018

Ixvoria founded in Regina

Operations began with a small residential client base in the south end of Regina. Initial services covered standard home cleaning for weekly and bi-weekly clients.

2019

Commercial service category introduced

Following requests from existing clients with small business properties, a commercial cleaning division was established with dedicated staff and revised scheduling systems.

2020

Updated health and safety protocols

Operational protocols were revised to address increased hygiene standards across service categories. Enhanced PPE requirements and contactless entry procedures were formalised.

2021

Post-construction category added

As Regina's residential construction activity increased, demand for post-renovation cleanup services led to the addition of a dedicated post-construction offering with specialised equipment.

2023

Internal training programme formalised

A structured staff onboarding and periodic training programme was introduced, covering safety, surface care, client communication, and quality review procedures.

2025

Service area review and online presence update

Website and client communication tools were updated to better reflect current service offerings, pricing transparency, and contact options. Service area coverage confirmed for Regina and immediate surrounding communities.
